Schaefer label cementers are used to apply resin cement and vegetable glues to labels for application to cartons, bottles, cans and corrugate. These units are heavy duty machines and are designed to give you years of dependable performance.
Schaefer label cementers feature a calibrated dial control that allows instant and accurate regulation of the cement thickness, eliminating cement ooze at the edges of the label. When applied, the labels are clean with no blisters or wrinkles. Machine adjustment is not needed when changing label sizes or shape. Quality construction includes stainless steel rollers, cement tank, feed table and stripper points.
Clean up only takes one minute. The coating head assembly is removed and placed in extra tank that is furnished. The cement tank is covered, and the cement can remain in the tank overnight. When you need to start labeling again, the coating head is placed back on the machine and you are ready to run.
